🚨 CRITICAL: Any cracks, significant wear, or distortion requires immediate removal from service. Never use a shackle that shows 10% or more wear.

No Cracks / Nicks / Gouges
No Excessive Wear / Corrosion
No Distortion / Stretching / Bending

📍 Pin Condition

⚠️ Never substitute a bolt for a shackle pin. Pins must be properly matched to the shackle body and fully seated.

🏷️ Markings & Identification

ℹ️ All shackles must have legible capacity markings. Never use a shackle with illegible or missing WLL marking.
